Provide direction and strategies to grow the company presence and sales online in Japan.
Report to Japan Head of Marketing with dotted line report to Regional Head of Digital.
Manage 3 staff.
Liaise with external vendor relationship, especially google, SNS platforms and digital agencies, to support the delivery of optimization of UX/UI, projects, tests promotions and campaigns that are in line with strategies.
Liaise with and assist the IT Team in implementing technology projects, changes and tests for the advancement of online marketing strategies and sales performance.
Liaise with Corporate stores and Franchisees to help execute strategies that grow online ordering at a store level.
Work with the finance team to manage the online marketing budget.
Negotiate or renew external online vendor agreements.
Present online to external business partners when required.
University degree or higher
Business level English; Native level Japanese
Deep understanding of modern Digital Marketing (including big data, analytics, SNS, etc.)
More than 5 years experiences in on-line marketing/e-commerce at retailer, FMCG, or related agency
More than 2 years experiences leading team (people management)
Good at both inductive and deductive strategy
