Yusuke is in charge of supply chain-related projects for both foreign- and Japanese-owned global companies. He handles a wide range of positions—from the general staff level to the senior level—and provides the best matches for both the individuals changing careers and companies. After joining the company, Yusuke served as an advisor for those seeking new careers, providing diverse forms of career consultation with individuals of all ages and seeking jobs in all industries. In May 2015, he won an employee-of-the-month award. Since switching positions to consultant, he has provided consulting for both individuals seeking new careers and companies, and he has recruited in the area of SCM—for which demand has been rising in recent years—primarily in projects requiring the use of English. Yusuke recruits for companies based on quality, not quantity, contributing to the effectiveness of candidateselection. For the candidates, he provides medium- and long-term advice after considering what their careers could be in five and ten years’ time, becoming their best partner in their career-changing activities. When candidates first register with en world, Yusuke meets them face to face and learn not just their job histories but also their personalities. On this basis, he introduces them to companies that will help them build a career that is right for them and offers complete consultations unavailable from anyone else.
