The Nagoya office provides a wide array of support for candidates switching jobs and wishing to work in Aichi, Gifu, Mie, or Shizuoka, including career counseling, recruitment proposals, and interview training. To meet the needs of even greater numbers of potential job-switchers, we have on hand specialist consultants who handle a broad range of industries and occupations, including HR/administration, accounting, sales, manufacturing, distribution/procurement, and IT.

Background

When he was a university student, Shinji managed events for sports associations on a volunteer basis. The numerous words and letters of thanks from event participants led Shinji to believe that his raison d’etre (reason for being) is to help others create positive memories, resulting in him joining a major travel agency following graduation. He provided inspiration and worthwhile memories to corporate clients during his ten years at the agency. Based on the belief that “people” are the key to successful corporate management, Shinji subsequently joined a firm that assists companies with human resource development in the hope of contributing to the enhancement of personnel value. For six years, he provided training appropriate for human resources crucial to his clients’ survival of global competition. Shinji, who joined en world on the basis of his experience at the two previous companies, is continually focusing his efforts on recruiting the best talents for his client companies and assisting candidates in the achievement career goals that will ultimately lead to their happiness.
