The Industrial Business & Services Division focuses on Sales, Marketing, Consultant, Engineering and Service positions in B2B Certification, Consulting, Market Research and most manufacturing companies (excluding Automotive and Chemical). While our reach is broad, each consultant has their own specialties in order to ensure we can provide relevant advice and market knowledge for our candidates. We take a look at each candidate from not only the standpoint of how their skills fit in the marketplace, but how their technical knowledge can be used in their next position. After graduating from university, Masahiro joined a major Japanese recruiting service company. He continued to work there for eight years. As a corporate consultant, he was mainly engaged in managing accounts for large Japanese companies and working on projects to create new markets. Masahiro joined en world in 2011 and established our B2B Sales & Engineering Division. As senior consultant, he is responsible for foreign industrial machinery/plant equipment manufacturers and consulting/service companies. Some of the major projects he is handling include supervisors associated with new product investment in the Japanese market, sales management roles focusing on creating new markets, sales control roles attempting to reform sales organizations, and technical roles requiring product knowledge and overseas coordination skills.
