Background

After five years working in the public sector, Jason joined en world in 2007 as a Consultant in the Human Resources Division. During his tenure the team has twice been ranked as the #1 HR recruiting team in the Japan market, and Jason has been promoted to Business Manager and now Team Manager. Jason was born and raised in Connecticut, USA, and came to Japan in 2002 after graduating from Georgetown University to live and teach Yamanashi-prefecture at the foot of Mt. Fuji. After falling in love with life in the inaka, the Japanese government brought him to Tokyo for a hands-on HR role that covered recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee surveys and action plans, implementation of new rules and regulations, and especially employee relations/counseling for an international exchange program with over 5,000 foreign participants. He joined en world in order to utilize his passion for connecting people and his background in HR and cross-cultural communications.
