Background

Ippei Iigusa spent five years at a membership-based resort hotel involved with B2B and B2C sales. There he was engaged in all aspects of sales, including selling memberships (new customer development) and the care of existing customers. His experience in communicating with all manner of business persons allows him to negotiate with just about anybody, from individuals in human resources and general affairs in a variety of industries and businesses, right up to the corporate management class. After leaving his previous job, he spent a great deal of time overseas in places such as Sydney and London, where he took time cultivating and enriching his curiosity, ability to prioritize, and sense of honesty. In particular, he did a tour of Australia by bicycle, some solo trips and spent a lot of time by the ocean and in the mountains. After returning to Japan, he joined en world and after spending time as a Candidate Advisor. Ippei currently works as a Recruiting Consultant providing support for candidates and clients working in human resources, general affairs, and secretarial positions.
